Office Cleaning
From landmark office buildings with permanent day staff and large teams of cleaners to smaller companies requiring a weekly visit by a mobile cleaner. We clean a wide range of commercial premises throughout Sussex.
All of our cleaners are recruited with your requirements in mind, they are directly employed, fully trained and uniformed. They clean to an agreed specification of work designed specifically for your premises. This specification is kept in a cleaning manual on site along with other essential documents.
Each cleaner is closely supported by their Area Manager who is accessible, approachable and experienced in all aspects of cleaning and team leading. Our Area Managers all hold (or are undertaking) NVQ Team Leading qualifications via Central Sussex College.
The Area Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising your cleaning services which includes both informal and formal visits with your premises management team.
The Area Manager will regularly visit (no less than fortnightly) your cleaners during their cleaning shift, to deliver wage slips, complete quality audit checks and monitor the cleaners overall performance.
Office cleaning is a labour intensive business and labour will sometimes let you down. Our operational structure offers a low contract to Area Manager ratio (25 per Area Manager) within a small geograpical area (4 x Area Managers in Sussex). If your cleaner calls in sick your Area Manager will arrange to cover the work or given extremely short, or no notice, will do it themselves.
Cleaning is predominantly undertaken out side of office hours, however you can communicate with your cleaner through our 'Communications Book', which we provide. Your cleaning supervisor/cleaner will check this book at the start of the shift.
All of our Area Managers can be contacted by mobile phone, or if you prefer via land line or email which will be dealt with by our dedicated Customer Services staff based at Head Office between 0900-1700. Our Area Managers are fully supported by Customer Services as well as by our software systems and procedures. These include security vetting, quality auditing, customer relationship management (CRM) and disaster recovery (DR).
