I just wanted to thank you for providing cleaning services at such notice.  It is a great relief to know that we can call on you to cover when our own cleaner is absent.

I would also like to comment on the excellent service that Barry provided.  After our initial meeting, he simply came in and got the job done which was exactly what I needed.  A number of staff have commented on what a good job he did and have asked me to pass on their thanks.

I will have no hesitation in using your services again.
