Health & Safety and Environmental risk assessments of your premises will be undertaken prior to work commencing. This will be kept on file.
Cleaning Operatives
All staff are recruited locally, interviewed face-to-face and chosen on their suitability and experience. If references are required these will be followed up in all cases.
Training
All cleaning operatives and supervisors will receive on-site induction training on a one-to-one basis training will include:
• Health & safety procedures
• Explanation of specification of work
• Selection and correct use of machinery & equipment
• Storage of chemicals
• Environmental training
• Manual handling
• Standards required
• Building security & evacuation procedures
• Disarming and setting alarm system (where required)
Details of all Staff Induction & Training Records are kept to assist in on-going training and development.
Sussex Cleaning & Care Ltd management will remain on site until we are completely satisfied with the operative’s ability and they themselves are comfortable with the work.
Company Image
All cleaning personnel working or visiting your premises are clearly identifiable by their uniforms, green tabards or T-shirts. All garments display our company logo.
Machinery and equipment
All machinery and equipment will be selected and provided as being the most suitable to undertake the work required to the best possible results.
Cleaning Materials
All cleaning materials to be used on your premises will be selected as being the most suitable to undertake the work specified to the best possible results, whilst conforming with our Environmental Management System ISO: 14001.
To conform with COSHH regulations Product Safety Data Sheets will be kept on site
