Reach & Wash

This cleaning method involves using Pure (de-ionised and de-mineralised) water pumped through a carbon fibre pole with a soft filament brush at the end of it.
The Pure water dissolves small particles, chemicals and minerals quickly and easily and holds them in suspension. The soft filament brush helps to dislodge any stubborn particles, and the constant stream of pressurised Pure water washes away all the suspended dirt to leave a streak free finish.
Some of the advantages of this system are:
- Safer, as operatives work from the ground, no ladders required
- Reaches previously inaccessible windows with ease
- Can clean up to a height of 65ft - 5 stories
- Frames can be washed at the same time
- Reduced disturbance and increased privacy
- Ideal for heritage buildings and stained glass
- Environmentally friendly, as no detergents or chemicals are used
Even if the windows look wet when they have just been cleaned, the Pure water left on the surface simply evaporates away to leave sparkling clean windows.

Traditional 'hands on' Window Cleaning

Sometimes traditional window cleaning methods (half stick, applicator, squeegee and scrim) are the best solution because it is quicker or more cost effective in certain circumstances. At other times it is the only method such as internal windows and partition cleaning.
Work will be undertaken on pre-arranged dates, at a time that best suits the occupants.
Mechanical Access

Another reason for using traditional window cleaning methods are when the building is over 5 stories tall. If the windows cannot be cleaned from inside the building a portable hydraulic platform (cherry picker) can be used.
Our window cleaning operatives have the necessary IPAF Powered Access Licence (PAL) this enables them to operate machines up to 22m and work alongside a dedicated machine operative up to 50m.
Naturally a detailed Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) of work will be produced and will be submitted for approval at contract award and prior to work taking place.
